Shipping & Delivery

Please review the shipping address prior to completing any transaction. If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer that it has been returned by the post office. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and it is the user’s responsibility to provide the correct deliverable shipping address.
 

Orders will be processed within 1 business day from date of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. (Additionally, orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be considered placed on the next business day)
 

All shipping information provided by the customer is protected and confidential. The shipping address is used only to process your online order and ship the order as addressed. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and we are not responsible for items that are lost or misplaced after delivery has been made to the correct shipping address. If you have used the incorrect shipping address and the package has been delivered correctly by the delivery services, you are responsible for locating the order or you must contact us immediately.
 

Shipping Information


International shipping costs are $3.00 and up depending on weight of package and shipping destination. You will be able to find out the cost while check out.
 

Arrival time for international orders will vary by location. Estimated delivery dates are provided in your confirmation email. Typical delivery is 7-14 days after your order has been shipped, but customs delays do occasionally happen. Transit may take longer if the parcel was delayed due to carrier mishandling, customs delay, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your international order within 30 days please contact our customer service cs@mdoshopping.com. We will do our best to solve the problems.

Return Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition.
 

  • Please notify us by email cs@mdoshopping.com and return package within 30 days from purchase date.

  • All returned products must be in original packaging.

  • A refund will be issued according to payment method used during time of purchase.

  • Return process may take up to 1-2 weeks after it has been received.

Shipping Fee for Return
 

The original shipping fee is not refundable. Upon receiving returned package, we will issue a refund for the product to payment method used during time of purchase and send a confirmation email. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, excluding cases regarding distributor mistakes or defective items, which will be determined and resolved at the company’s discretion. Only items purchased directly from mdoshopping.com will be eligible for a return request

 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
 

  1. Request an (RMA) by emailing our customer service team (cs@mdoshopping.com)

  2. In 24-48 hours, you will receive an email with important instructions. Please, do not ship the item(s) until you receive an email from us.

  3. Consider insuring your package (tracking number) in case it is lost or damaged in transit. MDOutlet cannot be responsible for items that are damaged and do not arrive at our warehouse.

  4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage, invoice/order number, and mail the item to the address below:

  6. Once we receive your return/exchange item we will evaluate its condition and process your refund or exchange the item as requested. If you are seeking an exchange, please indicate the product and color.
     

**Any Returned Products will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 20%. If the product is not in original condition, missing contents, or in USED condition are subject to minimum 25% Restocking Fee as we can no longer use the item.
